Building Future Champions · Ages 5–17
Discipline · Confidence · Fitness · Fun
At Hernandez Kickboxing, we aren’t just teaching kids how to fight; we are teaching them how to succeed in life. Our Youth MMA program is designed to build “Stronger Humans” from the ground up. By combining the best elements of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Kickboxing, and Wrestling, we provide a well-rounded martial arts education that keeps kids engaged, active, and safe.
Our curriculum is age-appropriate and focuses on the “Four Pillars” of youth development: Discipline, Respect, Fitness, and Self-Defense. We provide a bully-proof environment where your child will find a second home and a supportive community.
What Your Child Will Learn:
- Complete Martial Arts Integration: We teach a seamless blend of standing striking and ground grappling. Your child will learn how to defend themselves in any situation, whether standing up or on the ground.
- Anti-Bullying & Self-Confidence: We empower students with the verbal and physical tools to handle conflict. Knowing they can defend themselves gives kids the quiet confidence to never have to.
- Coordination & Athleticism: Our drills are designed to improve motor skills, balance, agility, and overall physical fitness during these critical developmental years.
- Focus & Discipline: Martial arts requires listening and following complex instructions. These “mat skills” translate directly to better focus in the classroom and better behavior at home.
- Competition Opportunities: For youth athletes who want to test their skills, we offer a pathway to competitive grappling and striking tournaments, supported by our championship coaching staff.
Why Parents Choose Hernandez Kickboxing:
- Expert Mentorship: Our coaches are specialists in youth athletics who know how to balance hard work with fun.
- Safe Environment: We prioritize safety and proper technique above all else.
- Clear Progression: Students earn their way through a structured ranking system, teaching them the value of setting and achieving long-term goals.
